This year 2021 marks the 20th Anniversary of the 2 planes hitting the Twin Towers in NYC on September 11, 2001
In this video Christina Stanton alks about that fateful day of the events surrounding how she, her husband & dog escaped out of their 24th floor apartment escaping to Battary park and then NJ.
This is part of Christina's story
"All the sudden of our right hand shoulder the second plane came and went over a heads turned when I called 8 o'clock at 2 o'clock and went into the cell tower and my husband by the way has done the math and it says that that that plane was only 500 feet above us and the talk about loud I need it really just roared over us but the shockwaves from that plane moving so fast and the explosion being just so devastating actually blew us back into our apartment and knocked me out on the floor the blessing of that was we had left our doors open to the sterile."
